Airfield

The airfield of Castelnuovo Don Bosco (LILF) was born from the need of the company I.C.P. to have a strip of terrain next to the new facility where testing their aircraft and receive the customers for the maintenance of their aircraft.

Later I.C.P. decided to use this structure as airfield (registrated by ENAC) to contribute to the development and promotion of the ultralight flight.

Another aim is to intensify and support the “aero-tourism” both Italian as well as the foreign one, thanks to the strategic position of “entry gate of the Alps” in the north west side of Italy.

In addition, the airfield is at Civilian Protection disposal as a base for their service and practise activities.
